We want our customers to be happy and we work hard to meet their requirements. But if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality and service that we offer, you are guaranteed to get your money back.
Simply cancel your order within 30 days of your order payment day. To cancel you need to send us a notice via email at contact@woodstitch.com. Please include you name, business name and the order confirmation number.
1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in written via regular mail or email.
2. We cannot refund you twice for the same service - i.e. if we have refunded you once and you request the same service again, you will not be refunded a second time for the same service.
3. No refunds will be available after 30 days.
4. If your service/product was cancelled by Woodstitch, LLC, for violating our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, we will not be issuing any refunds to you.
