Total Price

Total price is the full dollar amount of a service including all applicable taxes, fees, and commissions. Note: Upfront commission is included in the total price.

Upfront Commission

This is a commission required in order for Woodstitch to start work on a project. Upfront Commission is applied to the total price of a service. For example: if a project is priced at $2,000 and a client pays an upfront commission of $250 the client will liable for the rest of the $1750 on completion of the project.

Free Wordpress Hosting terms

Each user may create up to 2 wordpress sites. Woodstitch reserves the right to cancel a wordpress hosted site if that site is deemed to be against our abuse policy.

A user may be considered "abusing" a wordpress site by doing any of the following.

• Sending out large amounts of email.
• Downloading excessive wordpress themes or plugins.
• Using the site for SPAM.
• Using the site for link network purposes.
• Creating multiple sites via automated scripts.
• Displaying or linking to pornographic material.
• Participating in or linking to gambling websites.

Woodstitch reserves the right to discontinue free wordpress hosting.

Woodstitch reserves the right to revise the terms of free wordpress hosting.

Copyright Infringement & Designation of a Copyright Agent

If you believe that your work has been used on our Site or network in any manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify Woodstitch's copyright agent by written notice.
